• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup 1/2" bread cubes
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 cups small strawberries, washed and hulled
• vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet. Add bread cubes and cook gently, stirring constantly, until cubes are golden. Add sugar and cinnamon and cook and stir until bread is crisp. Add berries and cook 1 minute, stirring. Spoon into serving dishes and serve topped with ice cream.
