Ingredients
- 16 oz. whole wheat spaghetti
- 4 raw eggs
- 16 oz. cooked, diced turkey bacon (recommend Oscar Mayer)
- 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 2 Tbsp. ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
n a large, metal bowl mix the eggs, cooked bacon, butter, and cheese. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions, and drain. Immediately toss the hot spaghetti with the incredients in the metal bowl, using a fast, swirling motion so that the eggs and bacon cling to the pasta. (The hot pasta will cook the eggs.)
