Ingredients

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 1/2 cup seasme seeds
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 13 cup water
  • 6 oz pkg dried fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 300 In large mixing bowl stir together oats, wheat germ, nuts, seasme seeds, brown sugar, cnnamon and salt.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the honey, oil and water, Toss the mixture until the ingredients are well combined. Then spread on a cookie sheet.
Bake the granola for 40 minutes or until lightly browned stiring every 10 minutes to keep the mixture from sticking. Let it cool completely , then stir in the canberries or dried fruit
