Ingredients
- 1 large or
- 2 regular chicken breasts
- Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce
- Self-rising flour
- Cajun spices, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cut one large or two regular boneless skinless chicken breasts into strips. Marinate them in Frank's Buffalo sauce for several hours or overnight.
Remove from sauce and coat them well with self-rising flour (Add Cajun spices to flour, if desired.)
Deep-Fry at 375 degrees until coating is golden brown.....about 5 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and corn (Maybe corn-on-the-cob in summer!)
