Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temp
- 1 cup sugar
- 2- 3.4 oz boxes instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 12 oz container of Cool Whip or whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine the flour and butter using a pastry blender until small balls form. Press into the bottom on a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Chill unti lset, then top with whipped topping.
