Ingredients
- Shredded Hash-browns
- 2 Cups Cheese, Grated (Any Kind)
- Your Favorite Meat, Cooked
- 12 Eggs
- Salsa, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare meat as desired.
Melt butter in bottom of skillet (about the size of your Quiche Pan). Brown potatoes flip and brown the other side in more butter season with salt and pepper to taste. Turn into Quiche pan or deep-dish pie plate, sprayed with vegetable oil. Layer with cheese and meat.
Beat eggs in bowl and salsa and stir lightly. Season mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over meat and cheese and bake at 400 Degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 Degrees and bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
Note:
You can add just about anything that you like to this dish, such as Jalapeno’s, spinach, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, really anything that taste good to you: throw it in.
