Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate chopped
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbs instant expresso powder
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 lg eggs; beaten to blend
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Melt butter and chocolate in heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth. Mix in 1 3/4 cups sugar, espresso powder. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in large bowl. Add chocolate mixture and eggs and stir just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until tester inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs attached - about 30 minutes. Transfer to rack and cool completely. Cover with foil and store at room temperature.
