Splenda Chocolate Cake Brownies

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup Splenda granular
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup soft margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

Step 1
Combine Splenda, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; set aside. In mixer bowl, beat margarine, eggs and vanilla for 1 min. Add applesauce and beat just until blended. Stir in flour mixture just until blended. Spread evenly in greased 8" square pan. Bake at 350F for about 15 mins. or until tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool on rack. Store in covered container in fridge.
