Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin(1 package)
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch table salt
  • 2 cups assorted berries( raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place the milk in a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over milk. Let stand for 3-5 minutes to soften the gelatin
2. Pour milk mixture into a heavy saucepan and stir over medium heat just until gelatin dissolves, about 5 minutes(DO NOT BOIL MILK)
3. Add cream, honey, sugar and salt. Stir until sugar is dissolved, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour into 6 dessert or wine glasses (depending on the size of the glasses, you may get 8 servings)so that they are half full. Cool slightly
4.Refrigerate until set, at least 6 hours
5. Spoon berries on top and serve
