Museli with Dried Fruit and Almonds
By dette
Sometimes served after soaking in milk, this version of dry museli is a simpler version of granola. If you prefer, you can skip toasting the oats altogether and instead simply toast the almonds in dry skillet. Because wheat germ spoils easily, this dish is best stored in a glass jar in the fridge.
