Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup salted butter softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- Cinnamon Sugar
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Step 1
Per heat oven to 300
In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon for topping.
In medium bowl combine flour, soda, salt. Mix well with a whisk.
In a large bowl blend sugars with electric mixer set at medium speed. Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste. Scrape the sides of the bowl and then add the eggs and vanilla. Mix at medium speed till light and fluffy.
Add flour mixture and blend on low speed just until combined. Do not over mix. Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and roll each in cinnamon sugar topping.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
Immediately remove to cooling rack . Makes 36 cookies.
