Ingredients
- 3 medium red skin potatoes cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- Water to cover
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup chicken both
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in the steamer and add water to cover. Cook 10 minutes. Drain water, add butter, broth, salt and pepper. Mash with a potato masher.
