Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chewy caramel candies
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Line a 15x10 in rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper

2. Place chocolate and caramels in separate heat proof bowls. Gently melt in a water bath or in the microwave.

3. Working quickly use a fork to dip into each ingredient, drizzling and swirling the melted chocolates and caramel until they form a thin sheet with a marbleized appearance on parchment. Sprinkle evenly with salt

4. Place pan in freezer for 15 min or until chocolate caramel layer is hardened.

5. Break candy into small pieces, store in covered container with parchment or waxed paper between each layer of candy.

6. Store in freezer for up to 3 months.
