Gingered Ribs Stir-Fry

This recipe was created by my daughter, Kayla. This stir-fry has wonderful flavors and it is perfect served over rice.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs, cut into thin strips
- Marinade
- 1 1/2 tsp concentrated liquid smoke
- 6 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp fresh ginger root, pureed
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cup beef broth
- 3 tsp sugar
- 3 - 4 Tbsp Cookies BBQ Sauce
- 4 Tbsp canola oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 - 4 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Stir Fry Vegetables
- 3 heads of broccoli
- 8 oz. sugar snap peas
- 16 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 10 oz. bean sprouts
- Sesame Seeds
- Salt
- Pepper
