Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs, cut into thin strips
  • Marinade
  • 1 1/2 tsp concentrated liquid smoke
  • 6 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger root, pureed
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 3 - 4 Tbsp Cookies BBQ Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp canola oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 - 4 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Stir Fry Vegetables
  • 3 heads of broccoli
  • 8 oz. sugar snap peas
  • 16 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 10 oz. bean sprouts
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Salt
  • Pepper
