- o. oil
- salt, pepper
- rosemary
- Romano cheese, grated

Step 1
1.Oven 400.
2.Cut red potatoes into four equal parts.
3.Place potatoes and garlic cloves in ceramic dish.
4.Toss with o. oil, sprinkle salt, pepper and rosemary.
5.Cover and cook till tender.
6.Uncover sprinkle with grated romano cheese and cook till browned.
