Ingredients
- chicken breast
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp o. oil
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tbsp herbs de provance
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3/4 cup cream
- 3/4 cup balsamic vineger
- pinch cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1.Salt and pepper both side of chicken breast.
2.Melt 2 tbsp butter: 2 tbsp o.oil.
3.Flour chicken breast, brown in med-high pan. While browning sprinkle with herbs de province.
4.Remove chicken and deglaze with equal parts cream and balsamic.
5.Place chicken back in pan and cover with chicken stk.
6.Sprinkle dash of cayenne pepper.
7.Season with salt and pepper if needed.
8.Add apple slices.
9.Remove chicken and keep warm.
10.Reduce sauce, pour over chicken.
