Ingredients
- 2/3 cup all- purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup light stick butter
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350f. Line 9- inch square baking pan with foil, extending foil over rim of pan by 2 inches. Spray foil with nonstick spray.
2. Which together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in small bowl; set aside. Melt butter, chocolate, and espresso powder in medium saucepan over low heat. Remove saucepan from heat. Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar. Whisk in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture and chocolate chips until combined. Scrape batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
3. Bake. Until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs, 20-25 minutes. Cool completely in pan on rack. Lift from pan using foil. Cut into 16 squares.
