Ingredients
- Garnish:
- 2 Seeded soaked ancho Chiles
- 1 Onion
- 1 Can diced tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 Tbs olive oil
- 6 Cups chicken broth
- 2 Shredded chicken breasts
- 1/2 Cup cilantro
- 1/2 Cup corn
- Tortilla chips
- Avacado
- Cilantro
- Lime Juice

Preparation
Step 1
Puree ancho chiles, onion, tomatoes, and garlic. Fry in oil. Add 6 cups of chicken broth, shredded cooked chicken, and 1/2 cup cilantro and corn. Simmer until thick. Garnish with tortilla chips, avocado, cilantro, and lime juice.
