- 3 thin cut boneless lean pork chops(1/2")
- 1 14oz. can pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 potatoes, peeled
- 1 lb. green or yellow (wax) beans
- salt
- garlic
- pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water

Get Turbo Ready
Cut pork into thin strips and season to taste. Drain pieapple, mix left over jiuce with ketchup and sugar. Cut potatoes into small cubes (about 1 inch by 1/2 inch) cut tips off beans and place on steam rack.
Let's start Turbo cooking!
1- Place pork in base, cover and cook on high heat for 2 minutes, vent closed.
2- Remove cover, flip pork add water, recover and cook 1 minute, vent closed.
3- Remove cover, pour in glaze mixture, stir and push pork to one side. Add potatoes in base and push pork back over potatoes. Place steam rack in position, cover and cook 10 minutes, vent closed.
4- Remove cover and rack, add pineapple ( more water if needed), stir, recover and reduce heat to medium high. Cook for 3 minutes with vent open.
