Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 C water
- 1 C milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1/2 t salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place flour in bowl.
Beat water, milk, eggs butter & salt in another bowl.
Make wellin flour, add egg mixture into well.
Stir into flour.
Whisk out lumps; strain of needed.
Lightly coat nonstick crepe pan,10"across top,with cooking spray.
Heat, add 2 T butter, swirl pan to coat.
Cook 2 mins.
Turn over, cook 1 minute until golden
Remove to plate.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Layer with waxpaper.
