Ingredients
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C water
- 1 C fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/2 to 3 C water

Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 C sugar and 1/2 C water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved; let cool.
In a pitcher, combine the syrup with 1 C fresh lemon juice (from about 6 lemons) and 2 1/2 to 3 C water.
Pour over ice
