Aunt Jean's Chicken Casserole 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast meat
  • 4 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 (6 ounce) packages seasoned cornbread stuffing mix
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • Can use 2 cans cream of chicken, 1 can cream of celery & 1 can milk.

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken until done. Cut chicken into pieces.

Saute garlic, onion and celery in butter, then mix in with the stuffing and chicken broth.

Spread half of this mixture out in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread on top one can cream of chicken soup.

In a bowl, mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup and cut up pieces of chicken. Pour this mixture into baking dish.

Spread the other half of ther stuffing mixture on top of everything.
Spread the last can of cream of chicken on top of this.

Bake 375 for 35 minutes.
