Pesto Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 Low Carb Tortilla Wraps
- 12 oz. Chicken Breast
- 4 Slices of Crispy Bacon
- A Few Slices of Red Onion - Chopped
- 4 Strips of Roasted Red Peppers
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 2 Tbs. Pesto

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the chicken however you desire. As I said above, I like to pan-sear it in a little bit of butter until it is nice and golden brown on the outside and cooked all the way through. This gives it incredible flavor. When the chicken is cooked and cooled, cut it into cubes. Chop up the rest of your ingredients and mix them together with the pesto and mayo. Divide the chicken mixture between the two wraps.
Fold up, SERVE AND ENJOY!!
Please be sure to add up the net carbs for the ingredients you use as the tortillas may vary by brand. The brand I used was LaTortilla Factory - Smart and Delicious - 6 net carbs per tortilla
