Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Blue Bonnet's regular sticks, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking sodo
- ] teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Step 1
1. Combine flour ond baking sodo; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, with an electric miter ot medium speed, beat Blue Bonnet ®, 1 cup sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs; beat for
1 minute. Gradually stir in flour until blended. Cbill dough for 2 hours. 1 Roll out the dough on lightly floured surface to a 1/4-inch thickness. Using cookie cutters, cut dough into desired shapes; transfer to prepared baking sheets.
4. Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to wire rock and let cool.
5. Decorate cookies with icing as desired. Let cookies stand until decorations are set. Wrap and store at room temperature far up to one week.
