Cake in a Mug

Ingredients

• 4 T flour, not self raising
• 4 T sugar
• 2 T cocoa
• 1 egg
• 3 t milk
• 3 T oil
• small splash of vanilla
• 3 T chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Add dry ingredients to mug that is sprayed with cooking spray. Mix well.
Add egg and mix well.
Pour Milk, oil and vanilla and mix well.
Add chips .
Put mug into microwave and cook for three minutes
Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate.
This can serve two or more if you want,. I just slic it and loved it
