Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup karo syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk (1/2 can)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 quarts popped popcorn

Step 1
Boil sugar, butter, syrup. Add condensed milk. Boil to soft ball stage (water bath). Add vanilla and pour over popcorn.
