  • 3 tablespoons instant tapioca
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 one large egg yolk
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mixed tapioca, 3 tablespoons sugar, salt, milk and egg yolk.
Let stand for five minutes.
Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil while stirring.
Beat egg white into tablespoon sugar until it forms soft peaks.
Add to hot mixture.
Add vanilla and let stand for 20 minutes and then stir again.
