Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. shallots
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 1 cup beef bouillon
- Lemon juice
- Worcestershire
- Cognac
- White wine
- 1 tbsp. parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook burgers in olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Remove to a plate and tent. Pour out excess fat.
Add shallots to pan and cook to soften. Add corn starch and stir well. Add wine and reduce. Add bouillon, lemon juice, Worcestershire and cognac. Add butter, stir and return burgers to pan. Turn to coat and serve with parsley sprinkled on top.
