Ingredients

  • 2 8 OZ packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tblsp honey
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 7 OZ container non-dairy whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract w/a mixer on
medium speed until well blended
2. Combine honey & butter in a saucepan
3. Melt together.
4. Mix in graham cracker crumbs.
5. Divide into miniature muffin tins, forming small cups
6. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the crusts
7. Place muffin tin on cookie sheet and bake @ 350 degrees for 20 mins
or until the centers are almost set up
8. Cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours
9. Top with non-dairy whipped topping
