Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 C Softened Butter
- 1 Tea. Vanilla
- 1/3 C Splenda
- 1/3 C Light Brown Sugar
- Firmly Packed
- 3/4 C Flour
- 1/2 Tea. Baking Soda
- 1/4 Tea. Salt
- 1/2 C Mini Chocolate Chips

Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter with electric mixer until fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla until blended.
Mix in Splenda & Brown Sugar until blended.
Combine Flour, Baking Soda & Salt,
Add to butter mixture. Mix until
well blended. Stir in Chocolate Chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoons on
ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 350º 8-10 min.
Until light golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
