Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 3 cups diced turkey breast ( 2 1/2 lbs. for double batch)
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/2 can mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
  • 1 cup mayo

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all dressing ingredients and add remaining ingredients to dressing. Refrigerate one to two hours.

Tips:
Add oranges at the last minute
Turkey from the deli counter, cut 3/4" thing (then cubed)
Cook 2 cups uncooked rice for 4 plus cups cooked.
