Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 cup green grapes
- 3 cups diced turkey breast ( 2 1/2 lbs. for double batch)
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1/2 can mandarin oranges (drained)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
- 1 cup mayo

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all dressing ingredients and add remaining ingredients to dressing. Refrigerate one to two hours.
Tips:
Add oranges at the last minute
Turkey from the deli counter, cut 3/4" thing (then cubed)
Cook 2 cups uncooked rice for 4 plus cups cooked.
