Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 medium onion sliced into thick rings
  • 1/2 jar cherry peppers
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 1 small can whole peeled tomatoes
  • Parmesan Cheese, garlic salt, pepper, parsley & Italian Seasoning
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. half & half
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts halves
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 lb. rigatoni (cooked)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine in a large skillet. Add onions, cherry peppers, mushrooms and drained tomatoes. Saute over low heat until onion is translucent. Add Seasonings; parsley, garlic salt, pepper, Italian seasoning. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Dust with flour and add to skillet. Saute until cooked through. Add chicken broth and half & half. Add cooked rigatoni to mixture and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and serve.
