• 1/2 pound cheddar, shredded
• 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature and creamed
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
• salt
• pepper
• cayenne
