Ingredients

• 1-1/2 lb. hamburger
• 1 cup milk
• 3/4 cup oatmeal
• 1 egg
• 1 small onion
• 1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
• 1-1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/4 tsp. sage

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together. Place in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Last 15 minutes of baking time, top with ketchup/brown sugar mixture.
