Ingredients

10 1/2 c flour
1/4 c baking powder
1 1/2 T salt
1/2 c sugar
2 c shortening
1 c buttermilk powder
1 1/2 t baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with electric mixer until particles are small and uniform in size. Store on a shelf in tightly covered container up to 3 months.
