Ingredients

1 cup butter
1/3 cup light cream
2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, cream and flour well; chill.
Roll out to 1/8 inch thick and cut into rounds with cookie cutter.
Put on wax paper covered w/ granulated sugar.
Prick with a fork all over.
Bake at 375 for 5-7 minutes.

Filling: Mix 1/4 cup butter, 3/4 confectioner's sugar, 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
