Beer and Pretzel cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pulverized pretzels
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter, room temp
- 1 bottle (12 oz) beer: brown ale or pilsner
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- more pretzels, for topping

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Sift together pretzels, flour, baking powder, and salt. In mixer, beat butter until fluffy. Add sugar, beat well. Add sour cream, then eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Add vanilla and mix. Add flour mix, alternating with beer, until all combined.
Scoop into cupcake pans, bake 15-18 minutes.
Top with vanilla buttercream and pretzels.
