Ingredients
- 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla
- chopped walnuts, unsweetened cocoa powder,coconut or grated chocolate
- candy wrappers

Step 1
Heat cream over medium heat until it begins to boil Reduce the heat and slowly add the chocolate chips, stiring until they are melted.
Stir in the vanilla. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 9 in square pan and cool at room temps. Then freeze for 2 to 3 hours until firm. Spoon the chocolate from the pan and shape into balls.
Roll each truffle in either the chopped nuts, coconut or whatever and place in candy wapper. Return to freezer until the balls have set. Serve chilled
