Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15 oz can lentils, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and diced
- 1 yellow (same)
- 7 T olive oil
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
