Ingredients
- Lemon Drop Martini
- 2 parts Citron Vodka (we used Grey Goose)
- 3/4 part Cointreau
- 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 part simple syrup
- ice
- lemon wedge
- lemon sugar
- edible flowers
- Lemon Sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- zest of 1 lemon

Stir the sugar and zest together, then place on a plate large enough for a martini glass to fit so the rim of the glass can be turned around in the sugar.Lemon Drop Martini
Moisten the rim of each martini glass with a lemon wedge, turn the glass upside down and twist into the lemon sugar, set aside.
In a shaker add vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup and a handful of ice; shake for at least 1 minute.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the prepared martini glass and garnish with an edible flower.
