Sweet and sour meatballs

Ingredients
- SAUCE: (Use same frying pan):
- SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper
- .
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. vinegar
- 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
Optional: 1 onion, cut-up, placed in casserole dish with browned meatballs. Mix the ingredients well and form into balls. Brown in a little oil in a frying pan, turning to brown both sides, then place in a casserole dish. (This will make at least two frying pans full)
sauce:
Mix well and bring to a boil in the frying pan. Pour over meatballs. Bake in a slow oven (300 degrees) for 1 hour. Goes very well served with rice.
