Enjoy these crispy grilled chicken wings that are glazed with honey mixture - perfect appetizer to be served at any party.
Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces; discard tip. Mix remaining ingredients.
Grill chicken uncovered 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 20 to 25 minutes, brushing frequently with honey mixture and turning after 10 minutes, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Discard any remaining honey mixture.

That's a great question. I think the wings would have to roast at a high temp to crisp, then slather sauce over , and roast until done . I have a convection oven and every new recipe I make is hit and miss until it has been tweaked to my liking. I'd start at 450 for a few minutes, slather and continue at that temp. Continue until you get the results you like. Good Luck:)
