Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 potatoes
  • 3 to 4 T. margarine
  • 1 T. bacon bits
  • 1 tsp. chives
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 T. milk
  • Velveeta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 60 minutes or until done. Cut a round opening out of skin. Scoop out potatoes and mix with margarine, bacon bits, chives, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Beat with a mixer until fluffy. Add milk as necessary. Refill potato skins. Place on baking sheet and heat 15 minutes or until browned. Top with slice of Velveeta cheese until belts slightly.
