Ingredients

  • 1

    Tbs olive oil

  • lb ground beef

  • ¼

    cup brown sugar

  • 2-3

    tsp steak seasoning

  • 1

    medium onion

  • 1

    red bell pepper chopped

  • 1

    Tbs red wine vinegar

  • 1

    Tbs worcestershire sauce

  • 2

    cups tomato sauce

  • 2

    Tbs tomato paste

Directions

Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil and meat to pan and stir to break meat up. Add brown sugar and steak seasoning to pan. When meat has browned, add onion and pepper. Reduce heat to medium, add vinegar and worcestershire and cook 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and stir to combine. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 5 more minutes.
