Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 T chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 12 ounces hot cooked macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz diced ham, optional
  • 3 T bread crumbs
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T unsalted butter, cut up

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Coat a baking dish with spray.

2. Lightly beat eggs, and add milk, parsley, salt and pepper.

3. Stir in macaroni, cheese, and ham if using. Toss to combine.

4. Put in pan and springle with bread crumbs. and then cheese and dot with butter.

5. Baker at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes
