Ingredients
- 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 tea. cloves
- 1 /4 tea. allspice
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1 /4 tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 tea. ground ginger

Step 1
Prepare eight 8 oz. jars.
Combine all of the ingredients with 1/2 cup water in a large saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Pour into prepared jars. Cover with the remaining liquid and attach lids.
Process 15 minutes in a hot water bath.
