Ingredients
- 6 to 7 lbs. potatoes, peeled
- and cubed
- 1 doz. eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
- 1-1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 t. vinegar
- 2-1/2 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing
- 2-1/2 T. mustard
- 2 t. dill pickle juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. milk

Preparation
Step 1
In large stockpot over high heat, cover potatoes with water and bring to boil. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Drain, but do not rinse. Transfer potatoes to large serving bowl; allow to cool. Add eggs, celery and onion. In separate bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture; mix well. Cover and chill before serving.
