Ingredients
- 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken (white meat only deboned and shredded)
- 1/2 Cup Dried Apricots (cut in pieces)
- 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries (Craisins)
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped
- 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise

Preparation
Step 1
De-bone chicken and separate white meat from dark.
Chop then shred white meat.
Mix with other ingredients.
Serve on bread or crackers
I also used fat free mayonnaise which cut the calories.
For extra zing use Lemon Pepper Chicken.
