Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fish sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 stalks of lemon grass, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 4 tbsp. fresh chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. fresh chopped ginger
- 4 tbsp. white sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup asain peanut oil
- 4 tsp. asain sesame oil

Step 1
Marinate ribs for 24 hours.
Cook @ 350 degrees
Ribs 1/2 hour
Chicken wings 45 minutes to 1 hour.
